There are participants in most locations: Sabiñánigo Senegüé, Cans, Larrés, Biescas, Gavin, Tramacastilla de Tena, Panticosa, Lanuza and Formigal. In total are 39 establishments.

An appeal is to offer the opportunity to enjoy culinary treats in miniature format, although some portions are not so small.

The competition has six awards, two of which are decided by the public, Best Cover and Best People Service. The professional jury will decide the rest, Best Cover, Best Cutting-Edge Cover, Best Traditional Cover, and Best Top Products Made with Aragon.

The competition is in its second edition sponsored by the Department of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Government of Aragon, the region of Alto Gallego, municipalities of Sabiñánigo Biescas, Panticosa and Sallent de Gallego and, among others, the Chamber of Commerce and Huesca industry.
